2. What we collect

We collect only the information you choose to provide through our contact form: your name, your email address, and the content of your message.

We may also retain data entered into the form prior to submission, in order to follow up on your request in the event of an involuntary interruption (connection loss, page closure, session expiry). This retention is based on Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR (pre-contractual measures): by beginning to fill in the form, you demonstrate your intention to enter into a business relationship with us. Such data is kept for a maximum of thirty days and then deleted if no exchange has taken place.

3. Audience measurement

We measure this site's audience ourselves, without relying on any third-party service. No audience measurement cookies are set.

For each page visited, we collect technical connection data which is immediately anonymised before storage. This collection, based on our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR), does not allow us to identify you or to build a profile of you. Once anonymised, this data falls outside the scope of the GDPR (Recital 26).

4. What your data is used for

Your data is used solely to respond to your request. It is never sold, transferred, or disclosed to any third party. It is never used for marketing purposes without your prior consent.

5. Hosting and transfer

Our website is hosted on a virtual private server located in France, operated by OVH. No data leaves the territory of the European Union.

6. Retention period

If a professional exchange follows, your data is retained for the duration of our business relationship and then archived for three years from the date of the last exchange. If no exchange takes place, the data entered into the form is deleted after thirty days.

7. Security

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or destruction.

8. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, and restrict the processing of your data, as well as the rights to data portability and to object. You may also define instructions regarding the handling of your data after your death. These rights can be exercised by email at the address below. We will respond within thirty days. If you believe your rights have not been respected, you may lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (www.cnil.fr).
